FAQ - Frequenty Asked Questions
I get a message in King of Math saying it cannot find the server. My scores will not update on the website.
King of Math doesnt not start and asks me to send an error report to Microsoft.
The New Profile button has disappeared on the My Profiles page.

King of Math cannot see the server to update any scores you make during the game.
Commonly this is a problem with your Windows firewall. If it warns you that King of Math is trying to connect to the Internet,
click the Allow button. If you have already clicked the Deny button, you will need to add King of Math as an exception to your
Firewall to update your scores online.
It is possible your internet connection is not active or has timed out. Try using another application that uses the internet,
such as Internet Explorer. If that does not work also, then restart your modem or router and try again. If you still have no
internet access, then you will need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to solve your problem.

This type of error can be caused by missing files or an out of date Windows installation. Make sure your installation
of Windows is completely up to date, then try reinstalling King of Math to restore any possibly lost files since first
installing.

King of Math: Home Edition only comes with the ability to create 5 profiles. If you have already created five profiles
in your King of Math installation, then you will need to delete one of the existing profiles to create a new one. Be warned
that deleting a profile will delete all scores created by that profile from your computer.
